The Pleasant Valley Lake Association represents a small group of homeowners who share a common proximity to our lake and the serene environment, wildlife, and beauty it offers.

 

For 30+ years our association has governed by a dedicated group of volunteers who work to preserve the integrity of our community and enhance the quality of life for all residents.

 

Pleasant Valley Lake is the centerpiece of our HOA, offering residents the opportunity to engage in a variety of recreational activities. Whether you enjoy the turtles, the birds, or simply taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, our lake provides the great backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment.
